Shipping policy
We want you to love every piece you bring home from Tribe & Temple. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Here's what that means:
- You'll cover the cost of shipping the item back to our studio. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- The original shipping fee you paid at checkout is non-refundable.
- A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if you'd like us to provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you're welcome to ship it back using the carrier of your choice.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Exceptions — we'll cover return shipping if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There was an error on our end
In those cases, just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Final sale items, sale items marked "final," and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return.
